Privacy notice

This notice explains what information WellKept Digital receives when you contact us, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 13 July 2026

Who is responsible

WellKept Digital is responsible for information sent through this website or directly to its support mailbox.

Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@wellkeptdigital.co.uk.

What we collect

An enquiry may include your name, email address, business name, website address, requested service and the information you choose to put in your message.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive data through the enquiry form.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to review your request, reply, prepare a quote, take steps you ask for before a contract and manage any resulting work.

We may also keep a minimal record of business enquiries and opt-outs where necessary for legitimate business administration and to avoid contacting someone who has asked us not to.

Limited business outreach

We may use a business name, verified corporate status, public website, one visible page issue and a general business inbox published by that business to send a small, relevant business-to-business message about WellKept Digital’s services. We do not buy or guess addresses, and we do not target sole traders or ordinary partnerships without a valid permission route.

Where data-protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests in offering relevant website help to a business, balanced by strict targeting, minimal information, one short message, no tracking and an immediate right to object. Public sources are the business’s own website and an official corporate register. Reply “no” or email this support address at any time and we will stop direct marketing and retain only the minimal suppression record needed to prevent another message.

Who receives it

Enquiries are delivered to WellKept Digital’s business mailbox. Website, hosting and email providers may process limited information on our behalf to operate these services.

Assisted-work software may process limited business correspondence to help review a public website, prepare or summarise a response and maintain the campaign record. It is not used to make an automated decision about you. We do not sell enquiry information. We only share it where needed to deliver an agreed service, operate and protect these services, comply with law or where you ask us to.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed to reply, manage related work, maintain an opt-out record, resolve a dispute or meet legal and accounting obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Unused outreach working records are reviewed and deleted or anonymised within 12 months. A minimal suppression record may be kept for longer so an objection is not accidentally undone by a later list.

Cookies and logs

This website does not currently use advertising or visitor-profiling cookies. The hosting service may create essential security and access logs so the site can be delivered and protected.

If analytics or non-essential cookies are introduced, this notice and any required choice mechanism will be updated first.

Your choices

Access, correction and deletion

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to ask for a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format.

You have an absolute right to object when personal information is used for direct marketing. Reply “no” to a WellKept message or email the support address and the marketing use will stop.

Email support@wellkeptdigital.co.uk with enough information to identify the relevant enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Questions or complaints

Please contact WellKept Digital first so we can investigate. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how personal information has been handled.
