Can we do everything without a call?
Yes. The fit check, scope, routine requests and updates can all be handled through the contact form and email. Calls are optional.
Will every website work with the plan?
Not automatically. The platform, access and current condition need a quick review first. If the site needs repair or rebuilding before routine care makes sense, that will be explained in writing.
Are hosting and paid software included?
No. Hosting, domains, premium plugins, licences and other third-party charges remain separate unless a written scope says otherwise.
Does £49 cover a redesign or large new feature?
No. The plan covers ongoing care-sized work. Larger projects are scoped and priced separately before any work is undertaken.
